So sorry to hear this news. Although I had not seen Elizabeth for a long, long time she was one of the most influential people in my life. She was my English Literature teacher at Sacred Heart and along with my own beloved mother, instilled in me a life-long love of literature and who introduced me to some amazing writers and poets. Not least Wilfred Owen. She was someone I admired deeply, remembered often with fondness and valued greatly. As she said in the handwritten card she gave me when I left school and which I still treasure, "to everything there is a season". Sending much love and kind wishes to her family.
